This company was formed by the three Bertussi brothers (hence Tri-Bee; Louis, John, and Tom Bertussi), sons of Louis Bertussi, the founder of Bertussi Contracting. This family has deep roots in Pearl River, New York. For over three generations and since the 1940s, Long Beach Island has been the family’s vacation destination. The brothers currently run Bertussi Contracting, where they are involved in all aspects of general contracting primarily for municipalities in the Rockland, Westchester, and Orange County areas of New York. Bertussi Contracting just celebrated it’s 60th anniversary. Tri-Bee originated from the brother’s desire to take their expertise and turn it into an art. Their love for Long Beach Island has made LBI their preferred backdrop for creating dream homes. The brothers began purchasing investment properties and converting them in to custom luxury dream homes. They have a wonderful team of architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors that help bring their ideas from conception to inception. Tri-Bee has been building luxury homes for over 10 years.
